When somebody performs a WHOIS lookup on a domain name, some information will be made publicly available through the WHOIS database.

Generally speaking, there are three main contacts for a domain name - the registrant (usually the person who registers the domain), the billing contact and the technical contact.

By default, when you register a domain with Jethost, we will set ourselves as the billing and technical contact, and enter your details as the registrant - this is standard practice.

At this stage however, you are unable to modify the registrant details from within your client area (watch this space - it's coming soon!). This does not at all mean, however, that this cannot be done. Simply contact us with your domain name and request, and we will action it for you in the speediest of ways.
