What support do you offer hosting clients?

Support - now there is a topic we love to talk about!!  Support is of the utmost priority here at Jethost and our customers rave about us because of it.  We will support and assist you any way we can, we do try and restrict this to technical, billing and sales support... personal counselling is not really our forte...

Phone Support.  Yes, we're a real company with real people, Feel free to call us between the hours of 9am - 5pm on week days. IF you're lucky enough to have a cell phone number of one of our support staff, well then it seems you have 24/7 support...

Email / Ticket Support.  This is probably the most efficient support method available. It ensures there is a papertrail and can overcome communication difficulties experienced on the phone. The support section you are currently in has a "Ticket" section for you to submit your questions. Registered Jethost clients can also view all previous emails and support tickets from within this area - providing both you and us with a central record of communication.

Live Support.  Some people love it, some people hate it.  You can chat with our support staff via instant messaging.  There are LIVE SUPPORT links posted all over our websites, you can't miss it.

Smoke Signals.  Its a little archaic and not very environmentally friendly (especially here in British Columbia!), so we do discourage you from using it.  However our staff are well trained in this form of communication so feel free to resort to this if need be.
